Refunds are eligible on purchased tickets through May 31, 2024 at 11:59pm ET. After May 31, we will only provide a refund if you request within 24 hours of purchase before September 1, 2024. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including no shows, after September 1, 2024.

As a reminder, discounts or promotions cannot be retroactively applied to previously purchased passes.
