This session equips learners to identify and prioritize key Centers of Influence (COIs) and engage them through a structured, repeatable sequence—building rapport, exchanging value, and conducting effective referral conversations. Participants will also implement a practical system for tracking COI interactions, ensuring consistent reciprocity, and maintaining a monthly cadence of documented outreach and referral outcomes.
